Return Policy - Industrial / Business To Business

Industrial sales are final and refunds will only apply to defects; i.e. product(s) not meeting quality control specifications as written by Orison Marketing, L.L.C. Returns are not accepted due to inventory mistakes, contract delays or cancellations. Any product(s) returned for defects must be received within 30 days of order. Orison Marketing, L.L.C. reserves the right to review Industrial returns on a case-by-case basis.

 

Return Policy - Individuals

If you are dissatisfied with your product(s), we'll gladly accept returns for any products purchased from Orison Marketing, L.L.C. upon receiving your UNUSED product within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. We regret that we do not refund any shipping cost. Please follow the simple instructions below:

Properly package the UNUSED item for shipment in its ORIGINAL CONTAINER; use the original packaging to ship your product if possible. Copy your packing slip and explain the reason for your return on the back of the packing slip. Include the filled out packing slip inside the box. If you do not have your packing slip, please type or print the following information on plain white paper: purchasers name, address, and phone number; your name, address and phone number (if different from purchaser), product purchased, date purchased and reason for return. Mail your UNUSED Orison product(s) return and packing slip to:

RETURN, REFUNDS AND CREDITS

If you are dissatisfied with your product(s), Orison Marketing, L.L.C. will issue you a refund equal to the full product purchase price less a re-stocking fee if applicable. Refunds will be issued to your credit card* or via a company check if your UNUSED return is received within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient in the form of an online store credit. Please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address and/or login information. We regret that we are unable to refund any shipping costs.
It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail or phone once your return has been processed.

*Credit Cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Amazon and Google Checkout. If the refund is via credit card, please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
